Used as a base for visiting Krakow again and chosen because of hotel availablilty and location, we were not disappointed. We did not use restaurant so cannot comment on that but breakfasts provided a reasonable variety. If arriving at either the train or bus stations in the north of the town, coming through the shopping centre provides a short cut.
Reception staff helped with language problems and gave good advice about trips and travel options to the airport.
Our shower head was broken and although we reported this a number of times it took two days to fix it.
well situated within minutes walk of the train station making things easy for the airport transfer.A stroll away from the main square, all the city sights can be reached on foot.Good value short break type hotel, with decent breakfast (of the cheese and ham variety) and a good choise for this price range
In common with many city hotels the lobby was quite small, and when arriving for the firt time at night in the rain gave a poor impression due I think to the colour scheme and lighting, though the area was bright and cheerful in the daytime.
The staff were very helpful and cheerful. Breakfast offered a good range cold dishes with a hot option. The beds were very comfortable.
The bed linen and bath towels were rather old and some had small holes in them.
An excellent location for walking the old town, the entrance to which is 200 yards away. We were a party of 7 and all amazed at the value for money here, booking through Booked.net saved is a considerable amount of money.
The hotel bar was closed for refurbishment but, the nearest bar was 20feet away from the front entrance.
Good location, quite quiet rooms with a lot of space, frindly and helpful stuff.
Rooms could be cleaner, breakfast was OK but not special, quite expensive.
Great location right next to the "rynek"
Parking possibilities are missing. You have to look for a parking place on the street. The rooms look quite used.
Situation only 3 minutes from Krakow Old Town. Nice square and church. Near tour bus stop. Nice bar nearby.
No - it was convenient and value for money.
We really appreciated the location of the hotel (at the Old Town) as well as a wide choice of food during breakfasts and spacious room, which was very quiet and convenient. Big bottle of water in the room when we arrived was nice. Good and new equipment.
Problem with parking, such a big hotel should have a private parking place in my point of view. We were lucky and found a free parking place directly on the square where the hotel is situated. In other case we would have to park 5 min walk from the hotel on the paid parking place, which was not guarded and the fee was quite expensive.
The location close to railway station and main town square. Room was of high atandard and breakfast choices was good.
Excellent accommodation. We had a sauna attached to our bedroom, so we were most impressed!!
City centre really just a short walk away. And free Internet.
our stay was fantastic ideal for sighseeing and close to main square would stay here again and would recommend
Hotel was only a 5-10 minute walk from the main market square in Krakow. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and polite.
I liked location that it is so near of the center of Cracow city
I had problem with remoto control of TV and they do not solved one
